Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order food or catering from NikiFoods.

Orders & quotes

Menu prices are shown in UAE dirham per portion or per item. Catering is quoted per event and confirmed in writing before we start cooking.

Lead time

Catering and celebration cakes need at least 48 hours notice. Larger events may need more — we will tell you when you enquire.

Payment & cancellation

Larger events may require a deposit to reserve the date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be charged for ingredients already bought.

Delivery

We deliver across Dubai, United Arab Emirates at the agreed time slot. Please make sure someone can receive the food, as dishes are prepared fresh on the day.

Allergies

Tell us about allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so we cannot guarantee a trace-free environment.
